In this hour long tele-class, Lynn Clifford, a third generation equestrian professional and licensed therapist, will address the little acknowledged topic of fear for equestrians from a compassionate and holistic perspective. Topics include de-mystifying the subject of fear for horse lovers, sources (some may surprise you) and types of fear, how fear shows up and effects our riding, as well as tips and tools to start applying today. You’ll learn—or have confirmed—that riding is about so much more than mechanics and why doesn’t always work to “just get over it” or “get back on that horse and show them who’s the boss!” This recording also includes a bonus tip for addressing your horse’s fear!
